Step 1Download the 'hey abby' app via the app store. If you have already downloaded the app, please ensure it is fully updated (version 2.5.1)
Step 2Open the 'hey abby' app to begin. A notification pop up will appear guiding you to update your firmware (version 1.4.0)
Step 3Once your firmware is updated, a second pop up notification will appear to activate your subscription. Press 'scan barcode'.
Step 4The app will then prompt you to scan the barcode on the upper right-hand corner of the device. Align the barcode in the scan frame to activate the subscription. Once your activation is successful, please make sure to close the app and reopen it before use.
