How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $99 per Hey abby unit for deliveries within the continental United States, $59 for the UK, $99 for Germany and $129 for Australia. Each country has its own specific shipping rate. Please note, we do not support transshipment between countries.
How long will delivery take?
For in-stock products, the delivery times are as follows:
  • 1-2 business days for order processing
  • 3-7 business days for Grow Box delivery
  • 7-10 business days for accessory delivery
The shipping timeline for pre-ordered products is based on the information displayed on the product page.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to the continental U.S., the UK, Germany, and Australia.
Please note, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands at this time.
How can I track my order?
