Return Your Hey abby Grow Box

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a new Hey abby Grow Box, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Hey abby's Return Policy does not cover activated grow boxes or delivery orders that exceed 30 days. It also does not cover ordinary wear and tear, shipping damage, damage caused by improper use, or accidental damage.

Due to the size and weight of our grow box, we do not offer refunds for any shipping or delivery charges you may have paid to receive your Hey abby Grow Box. You are responsible for the shipping costs for both delivery and return. If your return request is accepted, you must return your Hey abby Grow Box in the original packaging and provide us with the tracking number. Return management fees and shipping costs for non-quality returns will be deducted from your refund.

Returns of the Hey abby Grow Box must be made within 30 days of delivery and must be shipped in the original packaging. Hey abby is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days once the returned shipment is fully inspected. Hey abby is not liable for any bank charges you may incur during the refund process. Hey abby is not responsible for failures or delays in delivery due to weather, incorrect shipping address, or circumstances outside Hey abby’s control.

The subscription package should be returned in its original package along with the grow box. If you have already activated the subscription service before returning the grow box, the subscription fee will be deducted from the refund.

If your Hey abby Grow Box is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or shows other signs of damage, Hey abby reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Hey abby’s sole discretion.

Return Your Hey abby Accessories

Accessories purchased can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

The following merchandise may not be returned if they have been activated or used: subscription package, seed kits, air stone, nano air stone, 4-in-1 digital pH meter.

All hangtags must be attached to the item, and proof of payment must accompany the return.

All returned products must be shipped with the original packaging.

Hey abby is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Refunds for the returned product(s) will be credited back to the original method of payment only.

Important Return Window Notes

To ensure a smooth return and refund process for your Hey abby Grow Box and accessories, please adhere to the following critical timeframes:

  • Return Initiation: You must request a return within 30 days after receiving your delivery. This policy applies to both the Hey abby Grow Box and any accessories purchased.

  • Shipping Deadline: Once your return request has been approved, you must ship the product back to us within one week from that date. This step is crucial to honor your return request and prevent the return window from closing.
