Celebrating 2 Years of Growth Together

Hey abby is 2 years old now!

Since June 2022, when the first Hey abby grow box arrived to a grower in LA, the journey has continued for 2 years. It has been an adventure together with the community. This small community has survived just like those first settlers from the Mayflower and keeps striving. If we put all the plants grown in Hey abby together, it would form a giant green facility, and the total yield would be worth millions of dollars. This green facility is spread all over 50 states and in the UK, Germany, Australia, and Canada. All of this started from a 40-person community (including our early growers and the Hey abby team) and has now grown to 5,000 and counting. We would like to give a big THANK YOU to this community made up of doers. There are engineers, professors, veterans, soccer moms, and most importantly, growers!

Multiple Plant Grow Box Development

The Hey abby grow box is undoubtedly the best growing platform for one plant, and it has proven to yield high results. The hardware, algorithm, app, grow support, and the community together make for an unparalleled growing experience.

The most requested feature we’ve received is a bigger, multiple-plant Hey abby. The team has been working on this idea and looking for feasible plans for quite some time. Recently, we have confirmed the roadmap of this product line and will go into full development. We cannot disclose more details yet, but we are very confident we will present a prototype to the community by the end of the year and move into mass production in 2025. Some online focus groups will be conducted to fully understand the community's demands.

AI Copilot Growing

Hey abby's AI has been involved in customer service over the past 12 months, assisting growers in their off-time and helping our support team quickly access related knowledge from 200+ supporting documents. This allows our team to speed up service by 80% and provide prompt assistance to the community. Now we want to open this AI platform to all of our growers to copilot the grow along the way. The team is currently working hard on this big new feature and we will announce more details in Q3. Moving forward, Hey abby will not just be a smart grow box, but an AI-powered magic box!

Extended Warranty

We have just reached an agreement with the top insurance provider XCover to offer a 2-4 year extended warranty to help our growers grow worry-free.
