Shipping Damage

Although every abby unit was carefully examined prior to shipment, some backers still received their abby with cosmetic damages, fallen doors, and broken hinges. Our investigation shows that FedEx has unfortunately mishandled some of our shipments. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, but please rest assured our team will actively work with our backers to replace the damaged parts as necessary. Moving forward, we will be working with the shipper and taking steps to re-design the packaging for future shipments.
