To use the smart humidifier, first add tap water or mineral water to the device. Next, insert the Micro USB end of the power cord into the humidifier's charging port. Connect the other end of the power cord to the USB port on the Hey Abby grow box. Once connected, the humidifier will automatically start, giving your plants the moisture they need for optimal growth.
When powered on, the smart humidifier automatically enters the default continuous humidification mode. To switch to the intermittent mode, simply press the power button once. In this setting, the humidifier operates on a cycle of spraying for 3 seconds and pausing for 3 seconds, effectively maintaining humidity without excess moisture. To revert back to the continuous mode, press the power button again.
For optimal results, we highly recommend using clean tap water or mineral water for humidification. It's important to avoid distilled or purified water as their high purity levels may lead to water accumulation at the spray nozzle, potentially affecting the device's performance and lifespan.
During the initial use, we suggest soaking the cotton swab in water for 3 to 5 minutes. This helps ensure proper water absorption and maintains the ideal moisture level, which will contribute to better results in the long run.
