Please ensure that the smart camera is mounted securely and is not obstructing any lights or ventilation systems inside the box. No; the smart camera uses infrared (IR) technology for night vision, which is not part of the visible light spectrum. This means the LED will not disturb your plant's crucial dark hours.
Our "Privacy Mode" will automatically turn the camera off when the Hey abby door is opened. By default, Privacy Mode is off- please be sure to activate it within the app. Contact our team if you need assistance.
