How to Merge Multiple Hey abby Accounts into One

After hey abby app IOS 2.8/Android 1.2 update. Managing multiple devices just got easier! If previously you are managing multiple Hey abby grow boxes via different accounts, you'll first want to merge your Hey abby accounts into one main account.

STEP 1:

Start by going to your user center, select "settings" and scroll down to the "Merge Account" option

STEP 2:

Enter the email of the account you want to merge. A verification code will be sent to this email, click "send now" and enter the code to merge.

STEP 3:

You'll be asked to enter your account username and password one last time.

STEP 4:

Our confirmation page will further explain the merge details. Click "Merge Accounts" to complete the process.

STEP 5:

Congrats, you're all set!

STEP 6:

You can now view all your devices in the device management page.
