Our support system is getting a major makeover; we're proud to introduce the Hey abby Help Center which you can access here or you can open the help center by clicking the blue message icon on our official website. Users will also be able to open this feature on the Hey abby app soon. This new system will organize all our available resources and allow users to resolve inquiries faster than ever. Here's what you can expect:

Have a question or need help troubleshooting? We've optimized the process to help you resolve the issue faster. Our help center will use an automatic messaging system to help us define your problem. Once we've received your inquiry, a member of our team will get back to you within 24 hours.

New to Hey abby? Our Help Center will guide you through the process from start to finish. Get access to our Grow Guide, choose the best device for your needs, join our community, and get ready for your grow. You can also stay up to date with our latest announcements in the "News" tab.

3. Organized Resources
