How to Get a Medical Marijuana Card in Michigan?

Michigan residents who are 18 years old can apply to obtain a Michigan medical marijuana card, which cost $40. Medical marijuana patients can obtain certification from a state-licensed physician via telemedicine and then apply for a medical marijuana card online using the LARA portal.

Once certified for medical marijuana, patients can complete and submit an MMMP Patient Registration Card application on the LARA portal. Applicants can also submit a paper application with the relevant MMMP application package by mail to the Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) after obtaining a doctor’s note.
